Best of the Best/ Betsy/ BTS/ whatever Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

Have lots of ice cream sandwiches.

Layer cake pan bottom with ice cream sandwiches.  Layer with Cool Whip.  Top with caramel/chocolate sauce and candy bits (like Heath).  Layer with more ice cream sandwiches.  Add another layer of Cool Whip and toppings.  Enjoy!  

(Note:  This is great for taking to things, because it is really easy to make and it's delicious.  Everyone always loves it.)
