2-3 cans cream of mushroom soup
½ can water
meat tenderizer
Trim fat off steak. Cut into portion size pieces. Sprinkle with meat tenderizer and pound both sides with a sharp knife. Brown meat in small amount of shortening. Put into crock pot and cook with soup and water. Cook 4-7 hours. Great with mashed potatoes and it makes its own gravy.
