Place in mixer bowl with dough hook:
5 cups very warm water
½ cup sugar
2 Tlb. dry yeast
Wait three minutes, then add:
1/3 cup oil
2 Tlb. salt
6 cups flour
Quick sir.
Turn on #1 then add 4 cups flour.
Turn on #2.
Add 1 to 2 cups more flour.

Run mixer 10 minutes. (Grease pans during this time.) On lightly oiled counter, divide dough into four portions and shape into loaves. Place in loaf pans and allow to rise (covered) for about 35 minutes or until dough starts to lift the cloth.
Bake about 35 minutes at 375° F (turn pans around half way though).
Remove from pans onto cooling rack and cover with damp cloth until completely cool.
