Bosh Wheat Bread

(4 loaves)
Place in mixer bowl with dough hook:
5 cups very warm water
4 Tbsp. dry yeast
½ tsp sugar

Wait three minutes, then add:
1/2 cup oil
1 cup honey
2 Tbsp. salt
2 cups white flour
5 cups whole wheat flour

Quick sir until flour is moistened.

Turn on #1 then add:
 4 cups whole wheat flour.
Turn on #2.
Add 1 to 2 cups whole wheat flour.
Run mixer 10 minutes.  (Grease pans during this time.)  Dough will be sticky but not mushy.  May have to add another cup of flour and run a few minutes more.
Remove dough from bowl and divide into four portions and shape into loaves.  Place in well-greased loaf pans and allow to rise (covered) for about 45 minutes or until dough starts to lift the cloth.

Bake about 35 minutes at 375° F (turn pans around half way though).
Remove from pans onto cooling rack and cover with damp cloth until completely cool.
