Cream Tuna on Toast

½ cup butter or margarine

2 tsp. flour
salt and pepper
1 cup milk
tuna

Melt butter/margarine in saucepan over low heat.  Add flour and stir well (wire whisk works great).  Add salt and pepper.  Add milk and stir well.  When sauce is cooked to the right consistency, add as much tuna as you like.  Serve over toast.
